ok tring to get into the tranny.. since i need to rebuild it but can't seem to get the case apart tried for over 2 hours took everthing off of the case on the outside is there something i'm missing here i can get the case about 1/4 inch apart and then it's stuck someone help hit me up on AIM or ICQ of email me or post on this thread

you need to use snap ring pliers for the countershaft bearing to release it. take out the brass looking cap that is bolted up to the trans case. soory don't have any pics. ok found this.

hmm glade someone knows something about this maybe you've done this a time or 2? he he i still unsure of what it is your talking about and where that is in relation to the transmission.... anyone with pics please post or if anyone knows of another place with tuts on this
