25/26,xxx on rebuilt motor (previous owner)

AC PS PW PDL CRUISE
Moonroof (99-00 moonroof + headliner installed; works really well)
OEM CD console
Lowered on no name coilovers (have stock shocks and springs for it)
Tint

Good:

Clean title
Low miles on rebuilt motor
Runs well (no overheating)
No grinds
Never raced
Adult owned
New clutch + clutch cylinder (resurfaced flywheel also)
New pads and front rotors
Recent oil change

BAD:

Crack on windshield (previous owner; hasn't enlarged)
Oxidation on paint with normal dings/scratches for 13 y/o car
Camber wear on tires
EX emblem is on double sided tape (previous owner; easy to remove and clean up)
AC blows cold, but may need a recharge soon (summer)
OEM radio volume button is tricky at times, but still works (have spare OEM radio for parts)

Looking for:

1995 Civic EX coupe (EJ1) - Preferable black in color with grey interior
97-98 Civic Hatch with AC

**Not interested in a green car with beige interior
