Car is a 94 civic ex pretty much stock d16....When cars is cold starts fine when gets warmed up drives nd runs fine...BUT then i shut it off when its at temp..nd it acts like it dont wanna start then finally after cranking and cranking starts but i gota keep tapping the gas then runs fine???

 

Check the TPS. 94

 

change your fuel pressure regulator and get a can of t.b. cleaner
