Here, I pulled these from Sk2's Knowledge base

QUESTION
------------------------------------------------------
Can you please provide me the spring rate of your 1997 civic lowering springs?

ANSWER
------------------------------------------------------
The main spring rate is about 500 in the front and 300 in the rear. Remember that they are progressive so the initial rate is a lot less.

So yeah Lower Springs are about 500/300 (progressive) The sleeves are 447/335 linear

or so I believe

The sports are 330/280 so Im guessing that its going to be similar to the skunk2's probably no less than 400 in the front and no less than 330 in the rear.
