Where besides a Honda dealer can I buy hub and sleeve kits for my Y1 JDM Sir cable tranny?

and if you find them for a good price let me know, i am in dire need of a 1-2, 3-4 sleeve and hub.

I have a JDM Sir Crx which used the B16A engine. The USA Crx Si uses a D-series engine with a different tranny. If I go to a dealer in the USA, which car uses the equivalent Y1 tranny from factory?

 

They don't have the 1-2 sleeve and hub set on their site. Anybody else know where I can get these?

 

you have to get the sets from a 90-91 integra

Get it from Honda/Acura. Syncrotech charges more than what it costs from Majestic or Bernardi.

 

What type? GS, LS, or RS?

i used guts out of a 90 teg in a Y1 b16 trans... i used the exploded view on acuraautomotiveparts.org i was tempted to buy some syncro stuff from them but found a used teg tranny with VERY good condition insides and robbed all those parts and the 5th gear

 

got mine from synchrotec..dave is pretty kool.

 

to let yal know the a1 and j1 have different 3rd/4th syncros,

the s1 and y1 share the same syncros 3-5

i just pulled apart a j1,s1 and a y1 and the j1 was different. its third hub looked like a new big spline tranny
