Default turbo build questions: fuel pump and engine management

I am searching, but having issues find what I need to know.

How much horsepower will the stock 5th gen Civic fuel pump support? When do you start thinking about upgrading to a Walbro 255?

A local guy was also going on about wanting to switch from Crome to Hondata. Is it really much better? I heard you can set boost levels per gear, which is cool. But aside from that, isn't Crome and ECTune and others fine?

someone's got to know about the fuel pump. Would 300 be safe on the stock pump? Some people list a Walbro 255 in their builds, some don't....

i will just put it to you like this... after extensive reading, talking and research.. the walbro 255 was the FIRST thing i did before i even started buying turbo parts.. you can run it on your stock motor you just have to adjust the fuel pressure accordingly.

as far as engine management goes crome is fine.. i'm not too up to date on what you can do with the software with it.. thats what i have on my car but it was a couple years ago when i got it tuned.. i think though that when i go for a retune(probably this spring) i'm going to use neptune.

fuel pump is an easy install and is relatively cheap for the added insurance.

Alright, I'll get a Walbro 255 then. I'm just trying to figure out where I could wait on installing something.

Looks like I'm going to be NA for a while even once I can get the motor together. Being broke freaking sucks.
