Sorry if this has been posted before, I did a quick search and came up with more HID headlight threads and none that really matched anything that could answer my question.

I recently picked up a 2009 civic Si sedan with 5300 miles on it. I was able to drive it home tonight and had noticed something interesting that perhaps the previous owner had done to the car before it came into my possession. Essentially I noticed that the both the rear license plate light and the back interior light were of a bright white color while the front interior light was more of an amber color (like the color of stock headlight beams). I was wondering if this was stock or if the previous owner had done a modification of the car. The car was bought with Mugen visors and I'm trying to see if the previous owner was an enthusiast also.

 

not stock. most likely some LED lights.
