Default Accord Mugen

Celebrating its 50th year in America, Honda kicked off its week at the 2009 Specialty Equipment Market Association's (SEMA) show in Las Vegas with a variety of historic and accessorized Honda vehicles, a robust Honda Performance Development (HPD) racing display and the reveal of a 2010 Accord Sedan equipped with MUGEN accessories.

headlights, front grill, and rims need a serious overhaul.

front and rear lips are okay.

would be nice if the front is lower just a tad.

There are HFP parts available for the North American Accord Coupe. There isn't anything for the Sedan, which is why they let Mugen produce accessories for it.

You also aren't going to want to go too radical because the Sedan only comes with an automatic in the J Motor configuration. And it's the old 5AT at that.

You're not going to be able to get too many people to buy too much for the Sedan. They just want mild stuff...to go with the common sense that people exercise when they pick an Accord Sedan.

I don't really like it, but I guess I like it better than the stock 4 door... Like most folks I like the grille & lip kit but the rims are a bit less than unexpected... I just think they should have focused more on the coupe, it has a stronger upside in my opinion.. have they given any performance stats?

Not yet, but I'm sure that you'll eventually be able to buy just the front piece if the kit is approved for general sale.

That's an Accord HFP 6-6 Coupe. You can see that the North American Accord Coupe already has enough parts available for it.

Yep, I am sitting at my work right now looking at the price lists for the installed Mugen accessories and it looks like this....

Emblem $104
Front Grille $590
Front Underbody spoiler $750
Oil Filter Cap $95
Rear Underbody Spoiler $785
Side Underbody spoiler $910
XJ Wheels ...still waiting...

Keep in mind these prices listed do include the cost of install as well. They can be gotten cheaper if you install yourself.
