Customer was unable to get this unit to work, sent back for replacement. Turns out it was the customers ECU, not the RTP. The RTP has been tested and is fully functional, no signs of wear. Comes with new cables and parts. Basically brand new. Comes with NepTune software license and access to all of NepTune's features. Just install it in your ECU and go.

very sweet deal on this. I'm currently running the version 1 RTP on NEPTUNE and would love to get one of these, but fundage is a little short right now. bump for J.R., the man who developed NEPTUNE.
