Default 94' Integra Auto axels/manual axels?

Took a motor out of a 94's automatic 4dr teg at a local junkyard. I took the axels aswell. Just wondering if I will have a problem using the auto axels along with a manual transmission? Are they different in any way, because they don't look to be. Thanks

As far as I know they arent different. I know for sure that D series axles are the same whether its auto/manual, so I assume it would be the same for B's aswell. If I'm wrong someone please chime in.

Chiming in RagnarX. Didn't know until the other day when I went to install the auto axles. The Passenger side works fine. But the drivers side is about an inch to an inch and half longer. Just enough so the lower ball joint will not line up. Found out the hard way, but now we both know.
