anyone have any opinions on how much stock civic hx rims with no tires in condition are worth? just tryin to see how much i should offer this guy for em!!!!!1

no they are 14" alloys they come on the 96+ civic coupes, they are similar looking to the 92-95 alloys that come on the VX.
