Default 1990 accord dx

greetings.
i was driving out of a parking lot and bottomed out the front end of my 90 accord. there was already some damage to the right front end from a deer-related accident with the previous owner so when i hit the end of the driveway the passenger side directional in the bumper popped out and hung for about a 1/2 a block. i parked and put the light back into the socket not thinking to check the wires. when i restarted the car there were crossed wires at the directional and i lost my my hazards, directionals, automatic seat belts, needles but not lights on the instrument panel, reverse lights went out, i lost intermittent wipers (but not hi and low), and a fuse in the drivers side kick panel blew. oh yeah the odometer stopped rolling too.
replaced the fuse but no improvement.
checked every fuse with an ohm meter.
did some reading and decided to change the integrated control unit but no change. replaced all broken bulbs up there, nothing.
checked all grounds and wires to the best of my ability but found nothing. that's not to say i checked everything, i am wondering if i missed one.
then after some time, one day it all just started working for about .4 miles.
everything was working but then when i turned on the signal it died. since then it's come on a few more times but always just dies right away.
the other day i was sitting int he driveway, started it and everything was working. so i checked and the hazards still do not flash when i hit the button BUT hitting the hazard button does not kill it. however turn signals do. then i started it again and found that putting it in gear also kills it, as soon as i shift to R. i forgot to check the wipers.
anyway, i have two questions: anyone have any ideas? also, does anyone know where the hazard flasher relay is located on this car?
thanks.
