what is the best style of turbo manifold for a d16z6 for a t3/t4 turbo that flows the best my goal is 400 whp

 

for 400whp you should be able to use basically anything but a log manifold... even then you could probobly make the power.

Then it's just a question of spool time and where the power band will be.

In general that's in order of quickest spooling to highest flow.

I went with a quick 4 for my 57trim d16z6 which I'm shooting for 400 or so on race gas but more like 300-375 for now on pump.
