Default 2001 Honda accord does not start and stalls

Hi

I have a 2001 accord auto 2.0i. I have an intermitent starting problem.Someimes the car starts and sometimes after standing for a while it does not start. When it does start it always stalls after a while. It then start fine after a few minutes of sitting and will drive fine for the rest of the journey regardless of time.

Ignition switch, battery, main relay, distributor have all been changed with new parts.

I bought the car with this fault which was unkown to me at the time. It seems that the previous owner had the inertia switch removed and had a bypass put in place.

Now I have taken the by pass on and fitted a new inertia switch but the strange thing is that with the switch connected in place as it should be the car does not start at all regardless of how long i wait . Any ideas suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thanks for your time

Sam

Sounds liek somone did some custom wiring and didn't know what the **** they were doing. Obviussly, the inertia switch is in direct relation to the ignition in sokme way shape or form. Aka--that's not sappose to be like that. Contact the previous owner if possible and see what kind of stupid wiring he did.
