MIDWEST BUILD AND TUNE>?
I did a few searches and couldn't find the "who built your motor thread"
My question, is there a thread with a list of midwest NA specialists?
Im trying to find somewhere i can bring the car and have them rebuild the bottom end and tune cam/fuel/timing. The motor was previously built by SGT but that was back in 03' and it has since had some miles put on it, and previous owner didn't take fantastic care of it. I have brought it back to life, it runs smoothly and healthily, but it needs to be looked over, rings and a full tune. Longevity is the magic word. I have a combination of parts that should be getting me well into the 200 mark yet we still are not quite there.
Located in cincinnati, willing to drive the car 8 hours max. shops must have extensive NA build dyno's and/or some track (road course) cars so i can research their work. This is my track only car, but it does drive itself to and from events pending distance.
SGT dyno graph: I have since removed the spoon/cat/tanabe exhaust and it is now a custom hytech strait thru to a t1r 63mm. The AEM was cut short and now has a prototype stack on the end. also have a 68mm RPM service TB.

thanks
Mark

Check out Pure Tuning. They are also in Ohio. Aaron and Keith know what they are doing. They have a N/A time attack ek civic that puts down 265 whp on a mustang dyno:

Ok then, how about SpeedIndustry in Troy, MI (Tom Payn's old shop). The new owner is a great guy with a lot of Honda experience. Check out this Bseries buildup:
