My F22 Build what will help make power
Here is my Engine Build https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/turbo-f22-build-h22-rods-4g63-pistons-low-compression-2546957/
I have a hx35/40 14cm turbo, spooling performance quick4 manifold, tial bov, 44mm wastegate. 3 inch downpipe and exhaust .
What will help my engine make more power on the head and intake side.
My head has been ported, 3 angle valve job and back cut valves. The head flows better than stock h22 head. i have Bisimoto turbo 1.2 cam and a h23 intake manifold. But is a h23 par for making power and what size throttle body. I have 2.5" piping and 750 hp spearco intercooler. Will be tuning on 110 oct fuel. I would like to make 500hp or more but that maybe wishful thinking.

SO what does it flow....... How many cfm.... Im curious as you claim it flows better than a H head....
Anyways, good fuel and boost.

around 285 cfm 28" h20 .450 lift. it flows 10cfm higher than a stock h22 heads after .300 lift. if the charts i have seen on here are correct. i am not talking about a h22 ported head. Have seen some big h22 hp cars including your extralargenog . So if the head flows well, it would have to be up to the cam and intake to make more power i guess. i just wander if the cam is going to hurt me. if cant make the power i want, i got a h22 head. would have to buy new turbo manifold
