i think they are 55 bucks on ebay...

 

they're used, that's why they're cheap. this one is new. not even installed yet.

 

you can buy that if you want to and take the risk.

is it universal or specifically for a car? I can get universal ones for 80 brand new at a local muffler shop

 

the design is universal but it would fit Integs/Civics. you can pick up that $80 Cat but it won't have the Carsound quality and it won't have the superb job that Landspeed did with the welds.

Actually I got mine for 40 brand new on ebay. You're asking WAY too much.
