Springs : worth it ? best kind ? most drop ?
I know this question comes up alot, but I wanted more clear answers to my questions. I have a '07 Fa5 and I wanted to know if its worth getting springs or just saving up to get coilovers. Also, wanted to know which springs are best bang for the buck AND give you the MOST drop as well.
Pictures are a plus too, thanks in advance everyone .

well next pay day i was going with the neuspreed race springs cause i want the drop plus getting the koni shocks with them.
prices are decent on both
neuspeed springs are 200.00 at neuspeed, with a 2.0 drop
koni shocks are 595.00 for front and back at corsport

i hear that the skunk 2 springs are pretty low? not sure though i have been lookin around on a couple forums and i hear different stories....
My Skunk2s sit just as low as Neuspeeds. I've seen some pro-kits settle out to as low as me though, while other pro-kits sit high. Neuspeed and Skunk2 are consistently the lowest.
I'm on neuspeed's, it's a clean drop but now i want to go lower. I'd say save up for coilovers. Aftermarket springs + struts are going to cost as much as the coilovers themselves.
I have headr tons of stories on skunk2 also, I have the skun2 sport shocks with skunk2 coil over kit on my teg and it drops as much as 3in but i keep it at 2 1/4 cause ill rub
does anybody know anything on megan racing, or there springs good or crap?? this guy wants to sell me some for my 07 civic but i dont know anything bout megan racings products. any help would be appreciated
It is my opinion that extreme drops are ridiculous. If you want a car that handles better and can clear a speed bump, buy H&R sport springs.

i have a set of skunk2 pro-s full-coilover on my car....
the drop is really good....
but it's just really stiff....
i have heard that the skunk2 springs are really good....
will give you a clean 2 1/4 inch (something like that) and "soft" ride....
go with spring and some really good struts.... thats what im going to do next...
this is the lowest i go with the coilovers.... by the way the front still have some more space to go lower...
but not on the back..... good luck...

sickest fiddle solo ever!!
OP: there's a good chance that if you ask 5 people what springs to get, you may get 5 different answers. H&R, Eibach, Tein, Skunk2 are all going to bang for your buck.
stay away from cheap springs, not worth it in the long run.

I just ordered an Eibach Pro-Plus kit for my 2009 SI sedan. Comes complete with Pro-Kit springs, larger front sway bar, adjustable rear sway bar, and all bushings/end links. I will post pics as soon as the kit is installed.
stickers? thats paint splatter son lol. I only did it for import alliance, they were green for like 2 weeks. the day after i got back i took them all apart and refinished them to this. then got the ccw's like a month later
