any full coilover that retains preload can dump and hold some kind of ride quality. which will be very very minimal.

Right now my Ek is too damn low where my header flange is taking out road reflectors. I am running AMR's I just adjusted them yesterday and went too low by accident.

1) What is a "full coilover"? Stock, the car came with coil springs over shocks, which is, by definition, what a "coilover" is.
2) Why is preload necessary for ride quality?

Hell yes! Only after I fixed my shot wheel bearing and got my car aligned. Too bad my alignment got thrown off since I couldn't get it on the rack and when I got home I turn the coilover bottom all the way down. (it's all good though because I align my own **** free.)

I don't have pictures of the slammed height since I hate it because my front lip is scraping all kinds of **** and my header flange is murdering reflectors so the car is back up where it clears. Just to let you know that they do cost a pretty penny but worth every $$.

It's about the same height where it was in these pics. Notice the shock stroke difference.
