so i have a 95 ls with the b18a1 no mods except intake and headers and for some reason the car idles around 2,000/2200 all the time and i cant pass emissions testing where im from unless it idles around the factory area which is like what 700, so what im wondering is if any one has had this problem or can lead me in the right direction of fixing this thanks

 

Search if you haven't yet. Check timing and any vacuum leaks.
