If so any difference? Im looking for a couple more horses but i dont wanna upgrade the valvetrain...i heard skunk stage one also...any good?..All opinions welcome...

 

00-01 ITR and CTR intake cams are similar.

 

Yea i know...but i heard some people buying them and sticking them in the R's because they have a lil better duration and stuff..making a coupld more horses...just wanted a few opinions...how about the skunk stage one..just the intake cam...

 

00-01 ITR cams are rumored to be CTR cams. Scratch the notion of installing a CTR intake cam.

If you just want very minimal gains, don't open the engine at all.

kool...thats all i needed to know....thanks man...i have some plans for the minimal gains..but the taking of he head to put on the mugen head gasket i got anway....soooo...figured id see if the cam was worth changing
