Passenger side rear mirror...replacement glass or...
Hello forum, my first post here!
My wife hit a construction barrel and the mirror is busted now. The actuator works, I can see two male (white) and one female (black) tabs in it. Picture here
If I buy just a replacement glass does it come with the corresponding tabs behind that attaches to the actuator tabs? Or do I need a "backing plate" in addition to the glass mirror? Where I can find the part(s) at the lowest possible price? Does Autozone carry them?
Thanks for your advice, in advance!

If the actuator shafts and rubber boots, etc. are still there, you just need the mirror. Refer to link:

RockAuto.com has the glass for $8.40 plus shipping. You may be able to find the mirror glass pretty inexpensively from an auto glass shop or through some auto parts shop near you.

Wow redbull-1, that was quick, thanks so much!
As the slots behind the mirror for the actuator shafts are a "part' of the glass I'll go for it. Good document, yes, the actuator shafts and rubber boots are still there. I would think the slots in the back of the mirror glass are model specific so the glasses may not be that common. I'll probably just order it. I am happy to pay just $8.40 for the part
Thanks again!
Adding...I found the part number listed on the rockmart site in the Dorman catalog...it read "Attaches permanently with included double sided tape"...I would assume this means no slots in the glass?
