Default 01 civic motor swap q..

I swapped a d17 for another stock d17, since then the speedo won't work and the battery light is on. I've check the VSS its good, the alternator and battery are good. Grounds are all in place.
Anyone else have an issue like this?

check your alternator fuse. i had the same problem.

Well check engine light off, but not the damn battery light! any other ideas? batteries new too.

check all fuses. maybe your battery fuse is blown too. (under the hood)

The 80 amp fuse under the hood is good, so thats ruled out. Any other suggestions?

Did you check fuse #9 (10amp) in your under-hood fuse box?

Are there any stored DTC's?

No DTC's, I checked them all, but do you know what size that fuse is so I can double check it?

haha, Well my buddy brought it to Vato zone, they had to test it twice so I think they're idiots. Teach me to trust there knowledge.
