Icon3 88 trans in 97 civic?

I am putting a turboed D16A6 from an 88 CRX into a 97 Civic DX and I'd like to know if I will be able to put the tranny in too. The DX is an auto and the CRX was manual. I have all the stuff from the CRX including pedal assembly and OBD-0 comp. Will it work with only a few modifications?

sorry for the repost. i accidently posted this question in the wrong section, figured i'd get more answers here.
