i also have another question. My car originally came with the si motor because it's an si. If i put the dx motor into it do i still have to rewire something even if i put the si IM and fuel system on it??? thx

yeah youd have to wire it back to dx and use the dx ecu and get rid of the resistor box, dizzy and manifold. hybrid-perf.org (something) has the diagram

do the above if you want to use the stock dx motor w/ manifold. other wise you can do dx motor and si manifold and dizzy (same as wiring for the si motor)

i think as long as you use the si intake manifold and injectors you won't need to rewire anything.

so let me get this right. all i need to get this dx motor into my 89 crx si is:
-IM and fuel system onto dx motor
-dx motor
-si distributor
-si ecu

and if i put the dx motor in my car with the si IM and fuel system i won't need to rewire anything, right??? thx
