New OEM ECU - Can I reprogram it myself?

Well I think my ECU is gone, so I bought another one pretty cheap. Is there any way I can reprogram it to work with my key? Or must i really have to bring it to Honda and pay 100$ for this.

Please someone help me out!

Kpro and an adjustable cam gear will let you, but then again if you don't wanna pay 100bucks I'm sure you don't wanna pay for a kpro, so yeah let the dealer handle this
