Well i just bought a 92 civic si hatch a few months ago and im tired of the stock slowness and was wondering what would be a good route to go for an all motor swap?

First off what is your budget? Is there annual/bi-annual smog in your area? Are you trying to stay smog complient? How fast do you want to go?
