Idle and transmission shift question
Here is what I am facing:
2002 Honda Accord SE 4 cylinder automatic, 125,000 miles,
Problem #1 Idle seems to drop from a normal 700 rpm to 250, and feels like it is going to stall. I do not have a high rev idle, it just drops intermittently.
Problem # 2 Trans when shifting from 1st to 2nd, it has a hard shift feel. The rest of the upshifts are normal, and no problem with the down shifts. Trans fluid is always changed at 25,000 miles with HONDA ATF. Based on the symptoms I don't feel this is a trans problem. I can jocky the throttle pedal to keep the trans from shifting hard from first to second.
I have no CEL, so my question is since I am having an intermittent low idle issue with no stalling, and a trans upshift problem from 1st to 2 only, could the TPS be the culprit? I know of trans issues, but based on the throttle jokying which virtualy can eliminates the hard shift, I don't feel it's a trans issue. Also if I start off slow and not accelerate hard from a dead stop it will not shift hard. Your feedback is appreciated!

i read that for autos if you overfill, it shifts hard. so some people underfill their atf. try draining a bit of your tranny fluid to see it that helps
No bad motor mount, replaced the front, and the rear ECU controlled one a week ago, they were both bad.. No air leak.
Fluid level changed 100 miles ago and it is at the spot on the dipstick.
