Zip Tie Bumper... have you seen this car?

Ive seen the drift car with the Zip Tie fixed bumpers. But more specifically i'm looking for the BLACK SUBARU STI with the array of colored ZIP TIES on the lower half of his bumper. Im looking for anything to point me in the direction of pics. So links or just pics would be great.

NOPE. Its a Newer STI. And its black... not blue. I just saw a far away pic of it and want a better pic. Just to have. I actually got in touch with someone that knows him. So nevermind
