OK JDM/spoon guru's can you tell me what this is?
Here is the background info, I got this from a front clip on a JDM 92' Integra B16A. it was on this clip when I got it, and I am VERY intrigued(sp?) about what it is and does. I know it controlls VTEC, says it on the box, just curious if it is even worth me using on my 92' HB w/B16A. Anybody know what it is and does?

Hooked on phonics worked for me.
It says right on the box that it's a vtec controller. It adjusts your vtec activation point. Unless you have different cams it won't really do anything to give you more power.

lol..it says vtec controller right on it. the spoon vtec controllers usually also come with a little dial for on board adjustment, replaces one of the dash panels with a ****.
its spoon vtec controller, the **** lets you adjust vtec from about 2500-6000rpm, when LED lights up thats when vtec is on...
it should also have another part to it, harness with a plug to plug it into the controller....very simple (this is why if you open it the whole board is epoxy protected...damn spoon)

well for the people that want to just flame, I am not stupid, I was more concerned with was it worth trying to figure out how to hook up, etc...........................figured everybody could at least assume I could read, I am on here, duh
one of the interesting parts of the harness is the rotary dial like a dial I have see guys with sound systems that can turn the amount of power to their subs up and down (LPL I think it is called) I just wanted to know if it was worth anything.............

That VTEC controller was one of the first ever. It's supposed to be used in conjunction with a Spoon computer. Probably not worth installing unless you can get your hands on their computer, but if you put it on ebay, some Spoon ***** will probably give you quite a bit for it.
You guys all have it wrong. Spoon sports had a side job for a while where they made reception boosters for V-TEC phones. It adjusts the megahertz for better reception.
