The design is brutal. The amount of space between the bottom and top
of car is too much.
The huge front grill opening is annoying and ugly.




Rear triangular tail lights is a major no no ! Not too mention the rear bumper is too high.

 

I hope it looks better in white...

Maybe you have to see it in person, I need to see it in person to fully visualize it and see if I really like it.

Thank goodness that Honda is marketing this CRZ to women, I plan on buying one for my wife!

Now if I can only get the CRZ EX under $20k delivered.... it's a dream alright...

i like it! maybe down the road some they will come out with an si version without the hybrid assist crap..
i also like how it has an option for hids!

 

It just feels like the spirit of the original concept, as far as styling, was lost in this production version which doesn't visually "flow" as well.

Concept:

agreed. big let down on styling. now it just looks like a coupe insight.. eh.

 

That concept is so cool. I wish I was driving that right now...IN SPACE.

 

I think the back of the production model is far better resolved than the concept shown above. though the Caterham looking 'open wheeler' front end styling now just looks like a gaping snout.

 

perhaps the JDM version looks different from our usdm version...

I actually like it. It looks like a CRX from space, but with even better gas mileage. I wonder how much it'll sell for.

If they made coilovers for these and they were cheap, I'd love to have one and slam it to the ground. I'm all about some high gas mileage. I'd drive it in Econ mode all day and love it.

I agree with Rob. It's funny, Ive never noticed the large space before, even in person. Something I want to look out for. What do you all think about the space. Too much?

Expensive is relative; there are plenty of people who feel that $4-5,000 for a Rolex Submariner is chump change. I'm guessing $22-25K.
