Default Oil change with oil cooler

Some what simple question I can't seem to find a definite answer to.

So here goes. Are you guys running oil coolers and accusumps flushing the lines when you change your oil? And if so ho are you doing it? I figure I must have between 1 and 2 qts sitting in my sump lines (I do release the sump) and oil cooler and lines.

Great question.. Change your Title and make it specific to your question though.
Other wise it only looks like your asking what oil to use.
I too plan on running a cooler and would like to know the right answer.

Thanx for the title change. Hopefully we can get some discussion on this. It took 8 qts to fill my car up yesterday. Thats a B18C1 with a Moroso 5 Qt pan, oil cooler and 2 qt acusump. And after starting it up the and letting it run for 5 min the oil has a look that its dirty already (*edit is not black but it looks dirtier than it should look).

Accusump is easy. I just opened the valve and make sure it is empty when I change the oil. As far as oil cooler, I never bothered to do anything about it.

Same here,I just change the filter on the remote adapter and drain the engine oil.As for brand,I just use what's on sale at kragen at the time.

I don't run any special oil per say. I like to run off-the shelf oil so if I ever need something I don't have to run around looking for that special oil.

I disconnect 1 hose and use an air compressor to shoot the old oil out.

I do it once every 3 oil change, when I change my filter.

I change oil very often and use Canton Racing filters...if anyone wonder why 3 changes on the same filter.

edit : it depends on how clean your engine runs. I used to have a high gas/oil-dilution an badly tuned high power type R and the oil was getting contaminated so quickly...I had to flush the cooler every oil change.
