I have a 98 GSR with ITR internals, blox IM with what looks like a LS TB...I did look for the FITV and it does not have 1. Cleaned the IACV, still the same. The idle does not do this all the time but will fluctuate from 900-1400 like when I come up to a light or something. If I put it in gear and while holding the brake, let clutch out a little to put motor under stress, the idle will go back to normal after a few seconds. Also have sprayed carb cleaner all over IM and checked vacume lines that I know of. I'm puzzled. I tried to do a search but all I found was the FITV and as I said earlier, my car dosnt have one. It's a 98 GSR wit p06 flashed, obd 1 jumper.

 

Inside the throttle body there is only 1 hole. When I put my finger on it and cover it, motor idles really low but doesn't shut off. Pull map sensor plug off, then it dies. Pull of other sensor on left side(looking at tb) one with pop rivers on it, pull that plug and it idles high. Hmmmmm
