whats wrong with turbo? how much hp is it good for and what is the exhaust flange?

 

had it layin around for like 5 months and then put it on car 2 push 380 on 18psi then sat for another 5 months, took it 2 a turbo shop and they said it had bad shaft play and it should be rebuilt, but it seems fine to me and no oil leaks...
its a t3, 5 bolt, 2 in comp.
