i have an 89 accord in the morning when its really cold its hard to start it takes a good 6 times to start and when it starts it seems like low compression but after she is warm she runs fun. a buddy told me it could possibly be the EGR valve is bad which is the reason im having trouble starting cold. just replaced timing belt water pump new fuel and air filter new plugs and wires new head gasket. someone told me it would we okay to just block off the EGR its never been replaced before and i dont want to buy a new one since ill be dropping a b20 in in a short while any help?
