cant lower my suspension

whats up i have tein one piece suspension and i cant seem to budge it at all .. it hasnt been touch in 4 years so its just stock i cant move the rings ..anyone have any suggestions

spray some lubricant on it, like wd-40. make sure to clean anything that hits the rotors with brake clean spray.
