Default Jumper Harness problems

2000 Civic HX doin a bseries(b16a2) swap got a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness but its not connecting right.

What jumper harness did you get? You need the OBD2B to OBD1 jumper harness.

Yeah its the obd2b to obd1 harness my bad. But its on a 2000 HX wire harness. The ECU is a p28.

i got a question? Im a noob with hondas i got a 94 civic ex with d16z6 i got a b16a2 swap what do i need to get it working in my coupe? i bought the p2t ecu. What jumper harness? Do i need a 99 si engine harness? I heard a dizzy jumper as well? idk need Help!
