Where to find primary O2 plug?

Where to find primary O2 plug?
I just swapped in a B18c into my 99 ek ex and I have everything hooked up but I can't seem where the F the plug for my O2 sensor is. I have searched and haven't been able to sift through enough to find a solid answer. I am pretty sure it's not part of the engine harness right? Does it come from the cabin? This is like the last thing I need to do before I start it up. Thanks a lot HT.

it is on the engine harness actually. by the vss sensor. 4 wires. black, white, green and i forget the other one.
