Default Brake help

I believe my brake cylinder is leaking. The metal tends to decrease when pressed and keeps decreasing. At times the pedal travel is extensive. I have adjusted the rear drums, replaced the front rotors, installed NSX calipers with brand new pads, installed steel lines and flushed the system. So I am assuming it has to be the Master Brake Cylinder.

Please correct me if I am wrong. Also how hard is it to install a new one?

Thanks
