CRV Idling problem

CRV Idling problem
Alright, so a 1997 Honda CR-V, the engine was not idling properly, rpm was bouncing up and down, so I changed out the IACV and it was solved, until now. I cleaned out the throttle body, but it does the same thing, what do I do now ? Anything else causing this ? Something in the throttle body ?
