Default quick help manual vs auto

my 94 hatch 5 speed the wiring under dash board is very cut up specially where the ecu plugs in and im tired messing with it, i found an uncut wiring from 93 4 door civic but its auto and i can get the wiring for cheap but dont know if it will work with my hatch and is there a difference between manual vs auto wiring, plz let me know

no...i dont belive that will work. Im sure its possible but prolly a hassle.

ok tx i just remembered that theres a sensor for the clutch pedal that auto wiring might not have
