Default Brake lights stay on while driving. Not the brake sensor nipple, or bad bulbs..wtf?

When driving my brake lights stay on, so it looks as-if i'm braking 24/7. When the car is off the lights turn off accordingly. So its not the fuse, bulbs, or sesnsor.

I've searched and searched. Checked the brake sensor at the top of the brake pad, and the little stopper is still there. CHECK.

Just replaced the 1156, and 1157 bulbs. CHECK.

Car is a 1994 2dr rs, if that may help. Please throw out some suggestions.

short between your brake light wires and a hot in run wire such as the radio would be my first guess

usually this would be a problem with the brake switch on the pedal stuck closed

Yeah I know, but I've played with it but the button still works, and the stopper plastic piece is still there so I have no idea where to check.

Ok yes, I do have an alarm but what effect would it have on the brake lights? Also please state further exactly how I would "check" these cables other than being loose, etc.
