99-00 civic headlight help

99-00 civic headlight help
so i've cleaned my headlights many times they look fine. but light illumination comes out all patchy. does anyone know why that happens? or how i could eliminate that? any help would be appreciated thanks

hey your from mo val im from riverside I E baby lol anyways I just got some stuff from a friend thats called Blue Magic and it works pretty good he said he got it from auto zone hope that helps

all day. ya ima go try that. i think its the headlight inside itself. cause the outside is clllllean but idk. i'll let you know thanks
