ME and my friend just replaced a slipping tranny in a 96 ex coupe with a whole new transmission, and the problem I am having now is that on the shifter display "D4" is blinking(it is an automatic)and it seems as if it skips third gear. Coming out of park to drive there is a big bump, then the switching of gears there is some bumping throughout. Is it possible that we misconnected something on the wiring harness or is there and issue with the TCM. If so, how can I diag that?
