can the rear bumper slits be popped off and painted flat black?

anyways it looks odd to me unless its black, i don't have a bumper on my so i cant test to see if it pops off...

so anyone help please

you mean the gap below the license plate? if it is what you're asking then no it does not pop off. you can of course paint that part black first and then block it off while spraying the rest of the bumper
