My first BUILD thread.
This is my first build thread on HT. Right now my crx has an LS with completely stock interals. It’s turbocharged and is putting down 355whp right now. I have many plans for the next month or so.

Nice lil Rex, so you have ZERO upgrades to the actual motor, no obd2/obd1 vtec oil pump, cams, etc... Those are nice number for being COMPLETELY stock. I wonder what mine can handle when I finish building it then. What was your method for removing the sound deadener?

I run E85 with about 18psi right now!! The head has NEVER been removed. Yes, it is COMPLETELY stock internals!!! It has been turbocharged for 2 years now too. The plan is to do a fully built LS vtec so when we take the engine apart it will be interesting what it will be like internally. The sound deadening was removed by hammering which loosened it up to the point where to can pick it away and then also very carefully chiseling it too.

I finally got around to spending a little time on my own vehicle over the weekend. Its been in need of a tune for quite some time. Its a CRX with a completely stock B18b1. The setup consist of a 60 trim Garrett t3/t4 to4e bolted to a log manifold. The car has a 3 inch downpipe and 3 inch exhaust. Everything (manifold & turbo kit) was made here in house at DG. The car still has a lot left in it. The way it sets now i would say the tune is very conservative.






We still need to add a few more bars to the cage.....
When I had the window taken out there was some bad rust, so we grided down the rust and put a neutralizer on it.

Wryann and I are a team, so we both have done a lot of work to it!!!! The first turbo kit we put on it Wryann did almost all the work. The one I currently have on there I did a lot of the work, with Wryanns supervision!!!!
