Default D Series Parts Compatibility

Quick question on the compatibility of D series parts.

I'm rebuilding my transmission on my Del Sol Si, and ordered a bunch of parts such as the release bearing and throw out bearing.

Is it okay to use parts off of a non-vtec transmission in regards to the bearings?

A D series trans is a D series trans vtec or not. As long as you ordered the parts for THAT transmission, it'll be fine.

Not so much. As far as clutch stuff goes its all the same, same pilot bearing, same release/throwout bearing disc pressure plate etc. But internal transmission bearings are mostly different. The outer countershaft bearing (the one with the groove for the snap ring) is the same, IIRC its the only one that is.
