I'm looking for some pictures of Captiva Blue Del Sol's. I'm planning on trading my hatch for one. But it has monster truck status with some 17's. So...I can't really picture my wheels on it.

Just looking for any pics of one. Stock or not. Post up what you have. Thanks.

And here is my car. Doesn't have a single power option on it, and his has everything still. I'm just worried about finding a fender and hood.

I know I'm a wheel ***** lol. But I'm keeping my wheels, lug nuts, hood bra, jdm console, mudflaps, and front lip if I trade.

 

He just sent me this pic. As you can tell it needs a fender and you can't really tell the hood is dented b/c of the snow, but he said it is dented all over. The pic below that is my inspiration lol.

It is a Si not a S. I assume someone put a trunk lid from a S on it b/c there is no spoiler holes.

not all of them came with spoilers. mine was an S but it had the places to drill for the holes. I personally hate the OEM del sol spoiler. Only one that looks good to me is the mugen one. Id do that trade, a hood and fender will be easy to find and id rather have the AC and PS, adds more value to a car than a motor swap does when it comes to re-sale value

 

True true I know what your saying bro. And I also hate the oem spoiler, looking way cleaner without it. I know you'll probably flame me on this, but Maaco is running a special for $250 for presidential paint and I think I might just respray the entire car. I had my hatch painted there, and they did the best job I've ever seen come out of Maaco and it was the cheapest one too!

 

its all in the prep work for that place. do the **** yourself and have them spray it

 

Thats what I did with my hatch and still looks great. Its been 5 months now.

 

Don't do it man. That hatch has so much more potential. The color scheme is great, and it's clean! You already have the engine work decent, save the money on fixing the Del Slo and get you some badass seats or hey, even a roll cage?

does the DelSol have AC?

 

It has A/c, power steering, and cruise. The link to his craigslist ad is in my original post. The header even has the heat shield still on it
