Bought an aftermarket radiator. Cap not sealing help!

This is what I bought. It uses the cap from the accord, EF, DA etc... I'm going crazy because I bought this radiator to solve my overheating probs in which I originally thought were the cause of a bad headgasket until I did a pressure test. So if I'm spending all the money and still ovrheating, I'm gonna have some problems. My question is has anybody had problems getting their cap to seal on an aftermarket radiator?
Also, if the neck of my radiator IS the cause of the improper sealing, I'm wondering if aluminum can be fabricated so I can make this thing seal.
