A/C bracket for my LS into EK swap
I recently put an LS into my EK, and wanted to keep the a/c in it, so i bought, what i supposibly thought was, a b20 a/c bracket. When i put it on and in the car, I notice that the pulleys do not line up to put the belt on, and I cant put the bracket onto the motor mount aswell. Does any one know how to distinguish between a b20 bracket and any other? What is supposed to be stamped on it? I believe on mine it says P3G-1 and right underneath it, it says METTS.
Any help will be very appreciated, Thank You

yes, but would you know how to distinguish one from another different bracket? I want to know if my bracket is a B20 or did the guy I bought mine off from F@#$ me over.
They will be stamped with P7J or P54 somewhere on the bracket. On the block side if im not mistaken. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
The stamp is on the front of the bracket. I had the hardest time finding the bracket used so I just bought a new one. I asked many sellers to verifed the stamping and none of them were p7j or p54.

I can verify it is on the front side.

I actually have two of these. That one I'm sending to another HT member and another just like it I was going to use so I could put AC in my car, but that's not going to happen because of a change in my plans...
if you're interested in one, PM me with an offer.

yea, I put it on and both the tensioner and a/c compressor dont line up with the crank pulley. I think Im just going to have to go to HONDA and get a new one, It will be a little cheaper since I have a friend that works there, DISCOUNT!
